Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

📦 When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After shipping, delivery within the United States usually takes 7–12 business days.

🔎 How do I track my order?

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number.

  3. Paste it into the carrier’s tracking page (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

⏳ My tracking hasn’t updated

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.
If it has been several days with no change, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate update.

📍 My order says “Delivered” but I don’t see it

If the carrier marks your package as Delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Please:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, side door, and around your property

  • Ask neighbors or household members

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number and file a missing package claim
