Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Glowpulsstore is no longer responsible for the package.
The carrier is fully responsible for delivery.

If the carrier marks your package as Delivered, we cannot issue refunds, replacements, or credits.
If you cannot locate the package, please check:

  • Your mailbox or porch
  • With neighbors or household members
  • Your local post office

If still not found, you must contact the carrier directly and file a stolen/missing package claim.

If tracking shows the package is lost before delivery:

  • You must contact the shipping carrier
  • You must file a lost package claim with them

Glowpulsstore does not replace or refund packages that are lost during transit.

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Undeliverable locations

No replacements or refunds will be issued for these orders.

  • The package is lost or stolen
