We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This includes:

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the product

  • Fit or size issues

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ but not received

All sales are final once the order is placed.


๐Ÿ›  Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo/video of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not send replacements.


๐Ÿšซ Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery.

If the package is marked Delivered:

We cannot issue refunds or replacements.
You must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If the package is lost in transit:

You must file a claim with the carrier.
Glowpulsstore does not refund or replace lost-in-transit packages.

Glowpulsstore is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Wrong addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Old addresses

No refunds or replacements will be issued.

Approved refunds (damaged/defective only) are processed within 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your bank.
